I get on the right track with eating "good for me stuff" and working out just to get on the scales and have either stayed the same weight or gained weight!!! Ahhhhh! I need to get back to Fitness Ridge so bad! I have a little less than 5 weeks and I'm there! I can't wait! I seem to have lost that incentive, that drive to get into the gym every day ... I need those cardio classes that are there for me, but just don't have the will power to go drive there to take them! HELP ....
Anyone else feeling this disappointing pain?

ME!!!! Iknow EXACTLY how you feel! I was eve doing so terribly that I booked an impromtu week at FR and got in on the waiting list.. I went and felt amazing again and all gung-ho.. came home and after 2 weeks bombed again.. I still havent gotten back on the wagon and that was a month ago.. I think itll be easier when my sons bac in school. he was at his dads for a month and it felt like a giant vacation. I have o admit TOO much alcohol was consumed and way too much take-out. The worst part is.. it makes me feel stupid because I was so gung ho upon reurn from FR the first time.. "this is it! Im a new person! " and getting so many compliments, then BOOM off track, gaining weigh and feeling like a failure.. I think (I KNOW) I need to stop being hard on myself and stop worrying about others opinions and just focus n getting back to feeling good. Enjoy your trip back to Utah! Im jealous!
ReplyDeleteBrandi, don't get onto yourself too much though cuz you'll only hinder good progress. For the past 2 wks, I've stopped drinking alcohol, drank my water & ordered food from the BiggestbLoser Meal Plan and I'm down 5 lbs in a wk! I leave Sunday for BLFR again for 2 wks. More to come soon!

ReplyDeleteI had a friend tell me that she went to a Sam's Club and found similar foods as BL foods there. I don't know if you have those there or not, but hope it helps! Good Luck to you and keep me posted on your progress! I'm here now and doing good ... can't wait to see what my weigh in brings on Sunday! I still have another week too!
